Monterow embarked on its journey in 2018,
situated in Noida (Delhi, NCR).The market was lacking in quality o๏ฌ€erings, but Monterow aimed to ๏ฌll this void with its exceptional brand image Our initial focus was on manufacturing formal and casual shirts in our own factory, equipped with machinery imported from Japan. The combination of our superior in-house stiching and high-quality output quickly garnered popularity among customers across Pan India. In additon to providing customers with a wide range of choices, we made signi๏ฌcant investments in promotions to metaculously construct our brand story, step by step. Finally, in 2022, Monterow was o๏ฌƒcially launched. Through out our journey, we have consistently supported our brand partners through e๏ฌ€ective communication strategies and promotional activites, which have proven to be highly rewarding for us today.

1 About In this business model, the company provides the Retail Premises. Ensure Fixed Furniture, Fixtures & Fitings, Interiors, Electrical Installations and all other assets like mannequins, and so ware etc. of the showroom is provided by the Company. Air Conditioner on, computers, Printer, Barcode Scanner borne by the Franchise. Investment in Stock is done by the Company. All opera onal expenses for running the store including but not limited to rent, electricity, sta๏ฌ€ salary insurance of stock, Logistic & Transportation and any other expenses will be borne by the company.
2 Terms The franchisee will give a refundable security deposit of INR 30,00,000/- (INR 3,00,000/- will be non refundable) with a lock-in period of 3 years. This security deposit will be for a store size 800- 1000 SFT. For every 100 SFT increase in store size above 1000 SFT, the security deposit will increase by INR 2,50,000/- per 100 SFT.
3 Depreciation Company will deduct 20% depreciatons every year on furniture & ๏ฌxture cost or Franchise can take the retun furniture ๏ฌxtures in condition of store closer. The franchisee will get the store property approved by the company and on approval will get the property agreement executed in his name. The security deposit and registra on charges will be borne by the franchisee. However, the monthly rent will be paid by the company to the franchisee on monthly basis.
4 Revenue Model The Company shall pay minimum guarantee of 1% per month on the security deposit of INR 35,00,000/- made by the Franchisee or 7% Commission (Margin) on Net Sale Proceeds during regular sale period for In-House Brands Goods. (After deduct on of GST)
5 Extras The Company shall be responsible for all billing & sales. Stock shall be obtained, maintained and managed by the Company. Security deposit of Property borne by Franchise.
